Deposits, refunds and fees
A deposit is your artist's own figure, set by them on the appointment and counted towards the final price. Card payments inside STNCL are not switched on yet, so the deposit and the balance are arranged and paid directly between you and your artist or studio — STNCL does not hold, move or refund that money. Our expectation is that a deposit is returned in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before the appointment, and we can review and act on an artist's account, but we cannot reverse a payment we never handled. Posting a tattoo and comparing artist responses are always free for customers; artists and studios pay a monthly subscription for the professional tools.
