Deposits, refunds and fees
When you accept an artist's offer, STNCL collects a 20% deposit of their estimate, counted towards the final price. It is fully refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours before the appointment; after that it covers your artist's reserved time. The remaining balance is paid in person at the studio. Posting requests, sending offers and studio tools are free while we grow.
